Lena Sonecki

Lena Sonecki is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in the hospitality and communication sectors. Currently serving as the Multi Property Director of Marketing at Marriott International since September 2024, Lena has previously held key positions including Senior Marketing Manager at AMBOSS, where responsibilities included driving revenue growth and implementing multi-channel campaigns. Lena’s career also features leadership roles such as Marketing & Communications Manager at Precise Hotel Collection, overseeing marketing strategies for multiple hotel openings, and managing significant client projects at glow communication. Lena holds a Master of Arts in Advertising and Public Relations from Richmond, The American International University in London, and a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing Management from the University of Staffordshire, in addition to an Assistant in Hotel Management degree from Angell Akademie Freiburg.
