Marina Dutton

Marina Dutton is an accomplished hotel management professional with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as General Manager at Marriott International since August 2023, Marina previously held the same position at Balboa Bay Resort from November 2019 to August 2023, where significant achievements included receiving the HOTEL OF THE YEAR award for HEI in 2017 and achieving a 98% Associate Opinion Survey. Marina's earlier experience at HEI Hotels & Resorts from May 2015 to November 2019 also includes winning the HEI Revenue Management award in 2018 and maintaining high associate survey scores. Additional roles include Director of Operations and Director of Sales and Marketing at various prestigious hotels, contributing to successful operational oversight and revenue growth. Marina holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Florida International University, completed in 1996.
