Sandeep Walia

Sandeep Walia serves as the Chief Operating Officer for Middle East & Luxury at Marriott International, overseeing extensive operations across the Middle East and a portfolio of over 230 hotels in the region, with more than 110 properties in development. With a career at Marriott beginning in August 2005, Sandeep has held various senior positions, including Area Vice President for the UAE and Luxury Brands in both the UAE and West Europe, as well as roles at The Ritz-Carlton, where Sandeep gained experience in multiple pre-opening and management positions. Prior experience includes a Food and Beverage Manager role at Oberoi Hotels & Resorts. Sandeep's educational background includes an Executive MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and various certifications in leadership and coaching from prestigious institutions.
