Shannon Creado

Shannon Creado currently holds the position of Market Director Sales & Distribution for South Thailand and Cluster Director of Sales & Marketing at Marriott International since May 2024. Previously, Shannon served as Regional Director of Business Development and Cluster Director of Sales & Marketing for Minor Hotels, overseeing global Indian markets from February 2020. Shannon's extensive experience includes roles such as Area Director of Sales & Marketing for Banyan Tree Hotels & Resorts in Phuket and various sales leadership positions at Minor Hotels focusing on Sri Lanka and India. Additionally, Shannon has a longstanding history with Marriott International, having contributed to several properties across different capacities, including Director of Sales & Marketing at JW Marriott Phuket Resort & Spa and project director for multiple Marriott properties in Thailand. Earlier career highlights include senior sales roles at Birla At & T Communication Limited and Sterling Group. Shannon holds a Master's degree in English Literature from Goa University, completed between 1994 and 1996.
