In 1999, they joined Marshall Motor Group as a Franchise Manager and stayed with the company until 2007. Jimmy then worked at Robinsons Motor Group as a General Sales Manager from 2008 to 2010. Following this, they joined Drive Vauxhall as a General Sales Manager until 2012. From 2012 to 2015, they worked at EMG Motor Group as a Group Used Car Manager.
