Jeremy Walker

Jeremy Walker has a diverse work history in IT, starting as an Inside Sales Account Manager at Softchoice in 2011. Jeremy progressed to Supervisor roles in Salesforce administration and business transformation. Jeremy also worked at MaRS Discovery District as a Salesforce Platform Manager and Senior Manager before becoming the Director of IT Business Systems. Additionally, Jeremy gained experience in UX research and design at George Brown College and in sales and marketing coordination at OUT Adventures.

Jeremy Walker completed a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and East Asian Studies at the University of Toronto - Woodsworth College from 2004 to 2011. Jeremy also expanded their education internationally at Akita International University from 2009 to 2010, focusing on Political Science and Japanese. Additionally, they pursued further education in Information Technology Project Management with a Certificate from the University of Toronto in 2013. Jeremy further honed their skills in Interaction Design and Development by earning a Bachelor's degree from George Brown College between 2015 and 2017. Jeremy also obtained certifications in User Experience and Interaction Design from The Interaction Design Foundation in 2016 and in Salesforce platforms, Lean Six Sigma, and Product Management between 2018 and 2020.
