Serkan Paksoy

Serkan Paksoy has extensive experience in management and operations across multiple sectors. Currently serving as the Country Manager for France at Mars Logistics since July 2021, Serkan oversees day-to-day operations, designs growth strategies, and evaluates financial performance. Prior to this role, Serkan held various positions at FedEx Express from 2015 to July 2021, including Senior Manager Operations and District Sales Manager. At TNT France from 2008 to 2015, Serkan managed a sales team and developed strategic accounts, achieving significant growth. Earlier experience includes managing a restaurant at Pause Déj' and acting as a majority partner at APR, where responsibilities encompassed budget management and human resources.
