Brandi Bialas

Brandi (Siler) Bialas has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. From 2005 to present, they have served as the Director of People & Culture at The Mars Agency. Prior to that, they worked as an Account Executive at MARC USA from 2003 to 2005. From 1998 to 2003, Brandi was an Account Executive at Keck Garrett Associates, where they handled account service for Nextel Communications, Keebler, and Dean Foods. Additionally, they worked as a Scheduling Assistant at the Michigan State Senate from 1997 to 1998.

Brandi Bialas attended Loyola University Chicago from 2003 to 2004, where they studied graphic design. Prior to that, from 1992 to 1996, they pursued a degree in journalism with a focus on women's studies at Michigan State University. Brandi's high school education was obtained at Arthur Hill High School. As of 2022, they have obtained the Connected Commerce Leader Level 2 certification from The Mars Agency.
