Carisa Sirak Griffin has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Carisa started their career as an Engineer at Procter & Gamble in 1999. Carisa then joined Intel Corp. as an Industrial Engineer, where they worked on factory level projects and capacity improvements. Following that, they transitioned to HJ Heinz, where they served as an Associate Brand Manager, responsible for creating top-line growth and consumer demand for Heinz Consumer Products. Carisa went on to work at DICK'S Sporting Goods as part of the Brand Strategy and Experience team, focusing on private label emerging brands and retail concepts. Carisa then joined Parallel, a fast-growing cannabis company, where they held the position of Brand Director, Retail Strategy, overseeing the end-to-end experience of the retail brand portfolio. Currently, Carisa serves as the Director of Strategic Planning at The Mars Agency, a global commerce marketing practice. In this role, they help clients connect with their audience and drive profitable growth through strategic planning and market insights.
