Kristen Lesondak

Kristen Lesondak has extensive experience in the field of art direction and graphic design. Kristen is currently working as a Senior Art Director at TWINOAKS since April 2023. Prior to this role, they served as a Senior Art Director at The Mars Agency from March 2021 onwards. In this position, Kristen was responsible for designing communication tools for Big Y World Class Market, including publications, ads, TV, in-store, and social videos. Kristen also directed and styled over 100 recipe videos for various campaigns and designed an in-store shopper magazine.

Before joining The Mars Agency, Kristen worked as a Senior Art Director at Creative Circle from November 2020 to February 2021. Kristen was also a Senior Graphic Designer at Gordon Food Service from July 2015 to June 2020, where they designed various communication tools, led creative for food show event campaigns, and created a successful launch campaign generating significant sales.

Earlier in their career, Kristen was a Senior Art Director at Blue Flame Thinking from January 2013 to April 2015. In this role, they created marketing tools for B2B clients and originated a launch campaign and strategy using an augmented reality app for a pool cleaner.

Kristen started their career as an Art Director at Campbell-Ewald Advertising, where they worked on multiple accounts and contributed to print, digital, TV, and out-of-home campaigns. Kristen also worked as an intern at both Campbell-Ewald Advertising and Wunderman Cato Johnson during the early stages of their career.

Before entering the advertising industry, Kristen gained experience as a designer and printer at Minute Man Printing, where they designed client branding tools and managed the printing process.

Kristen Lesondak attended the College for Creative Studies from 1997 to 2000, where they obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Art Direction.
