Irina Hill

Irina Hill is a seasoned data and technology leader with extensive experience in data engineering, analytics, and software development. Currently serving as the Director of Data Engineering at Mars Veterinary Health since June 2024, Irina implements data and analytics strategies while collaborating with various business units to enhance pet care. Prior roles include VP of Data & Analytics at Wambi, where Irina focused on aligning stakeholders with a Data as a Product strategy and fostering an innovative team culture. Irina founded the Data department at OncoLens, developing strategic roadmaps and building a FHIR-based application for healthcare data integration. With a strong foundation in software development, Irina has held key positions at Certilytics, Amazingmail, Environmental Data Management, and Carewise Health. Irina holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Drexel University.
