Global Head Of Licensing at Mars

Drew Davis has a diverse work experience with various roles in different companies. Drew started their career at Fonterra as an Account Manager in 2006 and later moved to Nestle Purina, where they worked as an Assistant Brand Manager and then progressed to become a Brand Manager. In 2010, they joined Nestlé and held positions such as Brand Manager - Food & Beverages, Senior Brand Manager - Food, and Category & Channel Manager. In 2015, Drew joined Saputo Inc. as a Marketing Manager and was responsible for leading the marketing strategy and brand development for the Liddells Lactose Free Dairy brand. Drew then transitioned to Mondelēz International, where they served as a Senior Brand Manager for the Candy division and later as a Marketing Manager for Chocolate in Australia and New Zealand. In 2020, Drew became an Alumni of The Marketing Academy, and most recently, they are working at Mars as a Marketing Manager and has been promoted to Portfolio Director. Drew's current role at Mars is as the Global Head of Licensing.

Drew Davis attended the University of Wollongong from 2002 to 2005, where they pursued a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a specialization in Marketing & International Business. In addition, in 2004, they briefly studied at the University of Colorado Boulder, focusing on Business and Marketing. During their time at the University of Colorado Boulder, Drew also pursued a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a specialization in International Business.
