Jesse Moquin

Jesse Moquin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in people analytics and strategic workforce planning. Currently serving as Senior Director of Global People Analytics at Mars since July 2022, Jesse previously held multiple roles at Allstate, culminating in Director positions for both People Analytics and Strategic Workforce Planning, where significant transformations and innovations were achieved. A former Principal Consultant at Neeley and Associates and Financial Analyst for American Airlines, Jesse also founded Michigan FHA Consulting, establishing a consulting foundation during the housing bubble collapse.
