Jiwei cui

Jiwei Cui is the Associate Director of Packaging Innovation at Mars, with 14 years of experience in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector. Previously, they held roles as a Product Development Senior Technologist and managed various product and packaging innovation teams, including leading Snickers® new product developments and sustainability initiatives. Jiwei’s background includes research and product design at Procter & Gamble, where they focused on consumer insights and product recipe development. Jiwei earned a Bachelor of Science in Applied Chemistry from Beijing University of Chemical Technology.
