Manja Jeraj

Manja Jeraj is a seasoned professional in total rewards and human resources, currently serving as the Director of Total Rewards at Mars. With a strong background in Europe, Manja has held various roles including Senior Manager of Total Rewards Europe and Regional Rewards Manager at Mars, as well as Regional Compensation and Rewards Specialist at Wrigley. Earlier career positions included Human Resources Manager for Mars South Central Europe, Brand Manager for Slovenia, and Sales Operations Manager for Slovenia. Manja holds two Bachelor of Science degrees in Marketing and Economics from Ljubljana University, completed between 1994 and 1999.
