Marcus Odums

Marcus Odums is a highly experienced engineering professional with a strong background in project management and construction safety. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Project Manager at Mars since April 2016, Marcus has previously held significant roles such as General Manager of Construction Safety and Engineering at the Chicago Transit Authority, where responsibility included ensuring compliance with OSHA standards for construction safety. Prior to that, Marcus worked at General Mills as a Project Engineer, overseeing capital projects from design to completion, and also held roles as Maintenance Planner and in the Engineering Development Program. Marcus began a career in engineering with an Engineering/Manufacturing Co-Op at CertainTeed Corporation. Academic credentials include a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
