Miguel Egusquiza has extensive experience in quality and food safety in the food industry. Miguel is currently serving as the Global Head of Quality & Food Safety MARS Health & Wellness at Mars since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at KIND as the Vice President of Quality & Food Safety from 2017 to 2022.

Before their time at KIND, Miguel held various positions at Mondelēz International, including Regional Director of Quality for North America and Regional Quality Director for Latin America. Miguel was responsible for managing quality teams and crisis management in Latin America.

Miguel also has experience at Kraft Food and Kraft Foods, where they served as Associate Director of Quality EU, Quality Manager EU, and Food Safety Manager EU/CEEMA. Additionally, they worked as an R&D Senior Product Developer in Iberia.

Throughout their career, Miguel has gained a wealth of knowledge and expertise in quality and food safety within the food industry.

Miguel Egusquiza completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Biology at the Universidad del País Vasco/Euskal Herriko Unibertsitatea from 1985 to 1990. Following that, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Food Science at the University of Reading from 1991 to 1992.
