Mihaela Bojan

Mihaela Bojan has a diverse work experience in the eCommerce industry. Mihaela started their career in 2007 at Loblaw Companies Limited, where they worked as a Pricing and Promotions Manager before becoming a Senior Category Manager/Senior Buyer. In 2014, they joined Wm Morrison Supermarkets Plc as a Category Buying Manager. Mihaela then moved to Ocado in 2017, where they served as a Senior Trading Manager in eCommerce. In 2018, Mihaela joined Nestlé as the UK Nestle Purina eCommerce Business Manager and later became the UK eCommerce Sales Controller PurePlay for Amazon & Ocado. Mihaela then worked at JACOBS DOUWE EGBERTS as a Global eCommerce Senior Manager, overseeing Amazon, Grocery Online, PurePlay, and Marketplace. Currently, Mihaela holds the role of Global eCommerce Amazon Lead at Mars.

Mihaela Bojan completed their Digital Leadership degree in Digital Marketing and eCommerce at Squared Online from 2019 to 2020. During the same period, they also studied the Psychology of Leadership at Cornell University. Mihaela holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Marketing Management, which they obtained from "Babes-Bolyai" University in Cluj, Romania. Mihaela further pursued their education at the University of Guelph in Canada, where they completed a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Marketing Management. Additionally, Mihaela attended the Institute for Real Growth and completed the IRG Humanized Growth Leadership Program in 2022.
