Seth Levine

Seth Levine is a Senior New Technology Engineer at Mars, bringing extensive practical and theoretical experience in chemical engineering processes. They have a strong specialization in extrusion processes and scale-up, having notably improved half- and final-product extrusion capacities. Previously, Seth held roles at PepsiCo, where they contributed to the development of prototype snack products and successfully advocated for project terminations based on process economics, saving significant opportunity costs. With a Master’s and Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from New Mexico State University, Seth continues to advance their expertise in the field.
