Vanshika Sharma

Vanshika Sharma currently serves as an Associate Scientist in Product Development and a Packaging Compliance Technologist at Mars since January 2023. Previously, Vanshika held the position of Director at Devour Foods while also working as an Operations Allocator at AM FRESH Group from September 2022 to January 2023, where responsibilities included packaging management and production planning in partnership with Tesco. Additional experiences include roles at Five Guys Enterprises, internships at Bakers Circle and Puratos, and certification in food safety and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. Vanshika holds an MSc in Food Systems and Management from Cranfield University and a BTech in Food Science and Technology from Amity University.
