Mahima Jain

Mahima Jain is an Associate Product Development Scientist at HP Hood LLC, with experience as a Graduate Research Assistant at The University of Georgia where research focused on the fabrication and characterization of whey protein isolate-alginate hybrid hydrogels. Previous roles include Graduate Teaching Assistant for New Product Development, Global R&D Intern at Rich Products Corporation, and various positions within the Institute of Food Technologists, including IFT Student Liaison for the UGA chapter. Additionally, Mahima has held internships in product development and engineering with organizations such as International Flavors & Fragrances and Tata Coffee. Mahima holds a Master's degree in Food Science and Technology from The University of Georgia and a Bachelor of Technology in Chemical Engineering from SSN College of Engineering.
