Venna Felicia is a Talent Acquisition Specialist for Southeast Asia at Mars, previously serving as a Talent Acquisition Associate at Grab and an Associate Recruiter at HRnetRimbun Indonesia. Venna began a career in recruitment after an internship focused on Organization & People Development at Great Giant Foods. Additionally, Venna gained academic experience as an Assistant Lecturer at Universitas Pelita Harapan, where an educational background was established with a Bachelor's degree in International Business obtained from the same institution between 2016 and 2020.
