Brian Christiansen has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Starting in 2002, they worked in customer service and sales at Golf Galaxy for six years. From 2008 to 2009, they served as a manager at WoofDah! Following that, they held research assistant positions for Professor Alan Dworsky and Professor Peter Thompson in 2010. Brian also worked as a judicial intern for Honorable John R. McBride during the same year. In 2011, Brian became a law clerk at Mansfield, Tanick & Cohen before transitioning to an associate attorney role at Hellmuth & Johnson, PLLC in 2012. Brian worked there until 2019 before moving on to Marsden Services, where they initially served as a corporate counsel starting in 2019. Brian was later promoted to Vice President and Deputy General Counsel in November 2021, and they continue to hold this position. At Marsden Services, Brian collaborates with business leaders, manages claims and outside litigation, and ensures compliance with labor and employment laws, among other responsibilities.

Brian Christiansen attended the Mitchell Hamline School of Law from 2009 to 2012, where they obtained a J/D degree in Law. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration - Entrepreneurship from the University of St. Thomas, from 2004 to 2008.
