Alan McQueen

Alan McQueen has extensive work experience in supply chain management. Alan began their career in 1983 with the USAF, where they served as Chief of Air Force Services Enlisted Assignments until 2008. In 2010, they joined BJC HealthCare as Director of Supply Chain Logistics/Supply Distribution, overseeing a team of 300+ professionals and managing various aspects of the supply chain. At BJC HealthCare, they worked towards optimizing distribution, logistics, procurement, and inventory management systems. Since 2020, they have been serving as the Senior Director of Supply Chain at Springfield Clinic, responsible for all supply chain functions across multiple locations in central Illinois, including the management of a newly opened distribution center.

Alan McQueen holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Webster University and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Business with a concentration in Human Resource Management from American InterContinental University.
