Steven Tweddell is an experienced professional in the aerospace industry, currently holding the position of Head of Systems Engineering at Marshall Futureworx. With a background in aerospace engineering from the University of Hertfordshire, Steven has been with Marshall Aerospace and Defence Group since 2004, where he has held various roles including Senior Fluid and Mechanical Systems Engineer, Flight Dynamics Engineer, and Chief Engineer on multiple projects. Steven's expertise includes system design, performance analysis, and optimization using classical methods and high fidelity CFD models. He is skilled in model-based design using MATLAB and Simulink, CFD modeling in Star CCM+, and aircraft airfield performance modeling and validation. Within his current role, Steven is responsible for financial and contractual deliverables on different projects.
