Chris Odonnell began their work experience as a Postman at Royal Mail in September 2005. Chris then joined Marshalls plc in March 2011 as a Continuous Improvement Manager before transitioning to the role of Operations Team Lead in August 2020.

Chris O'Donnell attended Willington Community High School from 1988 to 1994 where they pursued General Certificate of Secondary Education (GCSE). In 2016, they obtained certifications in "Managing Safely" from IOSH and "training principles and practice" from The Chartered Institute of Environmental Health. In 2019, Chris earned the EAL Level 3 Diploma in Business-Improvement Techniques and the EAL Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Business Improvement Techniques (Process Improvement) from EAL Awards.
