Louise Furness

Louise Furness has extensive experience in HR leadership roles, starting as Head of Household Customer Services at Halifax in 2002. Louise progressed to HR Director positions at Halifax and Lloyds Banking Group before moving to AstraZeneca as Global HR Business Partner. Louise then held roles at SAP, Farnell Global, and Avnet before their current position as Chief People & ESG Officer at Marshalls plc. Louise has a proven track record of developing people strategies, talent management, and promoting ethical business practices.

Louise Furness attended The University of Huddersfield from 1992 to 1996, where they studied for a CIPD and DMS in Human Resources.
