Ciara Tobin

Ciara Tobin is a seasoned IT leader with 25 years of experience in Business and IT. Currently serving as Senior Director at Marsh McLennan since February 2022, Ciara oversees the global Technology Portfolio Management function in an organization comprising 25,000 employees. Prior to this role, Ciara was the Global Head of IT Project Management at Mercer from October 1994 to March 2022, also holding positions as Head of Retirement Admin IT in Ireland and Programme Manager. Ciara holds an MSc in Internet Systems from Dublin City University and a BSc in Information Systems from Trinity College Dublin.
