Collette Frank

Collette Frank is an experienced HR professional, currently serving as the Senior HR People Partner for North America Specialty Practices at Marsh McLennan since December 2017. In this role, Collette collaborates closely with business leaders to execute talent strategy, leadership development, and employee relations, among other responsibilities. Prior to this position, Collette worked as an HR Generalist at Marsh from April 2014 to December 2017 and served as a Human Resources Coordinator at Johnson Controls from May 2010 to April 2014. Collette's early career included a role as a Human Resources Shared Services Representative, where HRIS systems were utilized to meet management information needs. Collette holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Human Resources and Marketing from Lubar College of Business, earned in 2010.
