Cynthia Wenzel

Cynthia Wenzel currently serves as the Chief Commercial Officer for Marsh McLennan Germany, a position held since January 2024. Prior to this role, Cynthia held the position of Partner, Change & Culture Transformation at Mercer from January 2022 to January 2024. Cynthia's extensive experience includes significant roles at Promerit AG, where tenure spanned from October 2012 to June 2022, including positions such as Partner and Managing Consultant. Earlier in the career, Cynthia worked at STRABAG Property and Facility Services Unternehmensgruppe in various HR development and change management roles from April 2007 to September 2012, and at Deutsche Telekom Immobilien and Service GmbH, as a Communication Specialist and Management Trainee from October 2004 to March 2007. Cynthia Wenzel holds a Master of Business and Engineering in General and Real Estate Management from Steinbeis Hochschule and a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Business Analytics and Change Management from the University of Applied Sciences Würzburg.
