Trond Furuberg

Trond Furuberg is currently a Project Manager Civil at Marstrand. Prior to this, they were with NMBU - Norwegian University of Life Sciences as a Director. Trond was responsible for management consulting, project management, PMI / Prince2 implementation, independent project reviews and recommendations, total risk management, process mapping, project model documentation and implementation, and lecturer at SKEMA Business School in Paris for the MSC Project & Programme Management Course. From 2011 to 2019, they were with Metier OEC as a Director. Trond was also a full-time consultant for EMAS AMC from 2012 to 2015 and for Norwegian University of Life Sciences from 2015 to 2019.

They work with Thore Eilertsen - Authorities and Permitting, Tobias Saltveit - Project Manager Process, and Bent Are Ratvik - Operations Manager. Their manager is Lars Petter Fritszønn, Project Director. Some individuals on their team include Peder Lunde - Engineering Manager Civil, TBN - Site Manager.
