Ben Tucker

Ben Tucker has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Ben is currently working as a Strategic Partner Manager at Martello Technologies, where they started in July 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Partner Manager at the same company from April 2021 to July 2022. Ben also worked as a Partner Solution Specialist at Martello Technologies from September 2020 to April 2021, where they were responsible for delivering technical presentations, business intelligence reporting, and running the Mitel Partner Enablement Program.

Before joining Martello Technologies, Ben worked as a Sales Support Specialist at Entrust Datacard from March 2020 to September 2020. Ben also has previous experience at Martello Technologies, where they held various roles. Ben was a Sales Support Specialist from April 2019 to March 2020, where they conducted technical presentations, handled business intelligence reporting, managed the Mitel Partner Enablement Program, and assisted with installation and setup of Mitel Performance Analytics. Prior to this, Ben worked as a Sales Coordinator from April 2018 to April 2019, and as a Sales and Marketing Coordinator from November 2014 to April 2018.

In addition to their technology-focused roles, Ben also has experience in the hospitality industry. Ben worked as a Bartender at Lone Star Ranch from May 2016 to January 2019, and as a Server/Bartender at Novotel Ottawa from June 2013 to November 2014. Before that, they worked as a Bartender at Heart and Crown Preston from September 2010 to September 2012.

Ben's earlier work experience includes a position as a Programmer/3D Animator at DustDwarf Algonquin College from January 2013 to April 2014, where they worked on tools for level design, unit movement, visual effects shaders, and cut scenes. Ben also worked as a Busser/Takeout-Runner at Lone Star Texas Grill from September 2012 to December 2012, and as a Warehouse/Liquor Sales employee at 1000 Island Duty Free from May 2010 to September 2010. Finally, Ben worked as a Parking Lot Attendant/Deckhand at Rockport Boat Line from June 2007 to August 2009.

Ben Tucker attended the Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology from 2011 to 2014, where they obtained a degree in Video Game Development. In addition to their college education, they have also obtained various certifications. In 2015, they obtained certifications in "Adventures In Web Animations," "Breaking the Ice with Regular Expressions," "The Sequel To SQL," "Try SQL," "front-end-foundations," and "unmasking-html-emails" from Code School. In 2015, they also obtained certifications in "Try Ruby" and "Try Git" from Code School. Prior to their college education, Ben obtained a Smart Serve certification from Smart Serve Ontario in September 2010.
