David Powell

David Powell is a Chartered Building Surveyor with extensive experience in the property industry. David currently owns Northdown Land and Property, where David focuses on residential property development and rental property management in Kent. David has also worked as a Senior Sales and Lettings Negotiator at Foxwood Maclean and as a Sales Negotiator at Bright & Bright Limited. With a strong educational background, including a BSc (Hons) in Geography from Brunel University London and an MSc with Distinction in Building Surveying from London South Bank University, David is well-equipped to excel in their field. Additionally, David has previous experience in account management at Pureprint Group and entrepreneurship through Powell Publishing.
