Ron Wills

Ron Wills has a diverse range of experience in the automotive industry, with a focus on finance and operations. Ron served as Chief Financial Officer for MARTIN AUTOMOTIVE GROUP from 2015, overseeing accounting functions and due diligence for acquisitions. Prior to that, they were a Controller for Scholfield Auto Plaza from 2010 to 2015, where they managed financial reporting, auditing, and payroll for multiple Volkswagen stores. Ron also held the position of Division Controller at Boardwalk Motor Group in 2009. Ron's early career includes a role as Controller at Steven Motor Group, where they oversaw a large accounting and audit staff and handled financial reporting for multiple franchises. Ron began their professional journey as a student at Bethany College.

Ron Wills earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Bethany College from 1982 to 1987. Ron later pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus in Finance at Baker University from 2005 to 2007. Prior to their college education, Ron attended Lindsborg High School for an unspecified duration. Additionally, Ron holds a certification as a Certified Management Accountant (CMA).
