Andrew Karcher

Andrew Karcher is currently serving as a Media Planning Assistant for Martin Retail Group’s West Chevy team since September 2022. In this role, Andrew collaborates with planners to develop media buying strategies across various platforms, including TV, radio, and digital advertisements. Prior experience includes a position as a Busser and Food Runner at The Dewey Beach Bar & Grill in the summer of 2021, where Andrew excelled in customer service and trained new employees. Additionally, Andrew interned at Aegis Tax Group in the summer of 2020, identifying tax-saving opportunities and analyzing properties. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Eckerd College.
