David Whaley

David Whaley is an experienced media buyer currently working at Martin Retail Group since July 2021, with a progression from Media Buying Assistant to Junior Media Buyer and then to Media Buyer. Prior to this role, David coordinated construction projects for Habitat for Humanity Greater Birmingham from August 2015 to March 2020 and worked as a Shipping and Receiving Specialist at The University of Alabama from March 2017 to November 2019. David also gained early experience as a lifeguard at Birchtree Swim and Racquet Club during the summer of 2016. Educationally, David holds a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising and a Bachelor of Science in Business/Commerce, both from The University of Alabama, with studies spanning from 2016 to 2021. David's foundational education was completed at John Carroll Catholic High School, graduating in May 2016.
