Jonathan Burns

Jonathan Burns has extensive experience in engineering, currently serving as Core Engineering Manager and previously as Technical Specialist at Martinrea International since December 2018. Prior experience includes roles as a Casting Manufacturing Engineer at Ford Motor Company from April 2014 to December 2018, and as a Product Development Engineer at Meridian Lightweight Technologies, Inc. from April 2010 to April 2014. Jonathan also has a background as a Research Assistant and Master's Candidate at the University of Windsor from September 2008 to January 2011, and held developmental engineering and junior test engineering positions at Nuclear Safety Solutions and Schaeffler KG, respectively. Early career experience includes an assistant process engineer role at Ford Motor Company in 2004. Jonathan holds a Master of Applied Science in Engineering Materials and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering, both from the University of Windsor.
