Pat D’Eramo

President and CEO at Martinrea International

Pat D’Eramo is the current President and CEO at Martinrea International. Prior to this, they were President at Dana Incorporated from March 2012 to December 2014. There, they were in charge of profit and loss for the Global Commercial Vehicle Business, which included operations, engineering, supply chain, business development, marketing and sales. Pat achieved a revenue of $2 billion over 22 plants globally, as well as three joint ventures.

Before their time at Dana Incorporated, Pat D’Eramo was the Chief Manufacturing Officer, Asia Pacific, NAO and South America at BENTELER Group from January 2011 to December 2012. There, they managed operations in North America, South America and Asia Pacific that were capable of sustaining business objectives.

From January 2009 to December 2011, Pat D’Eramo held the title of President at BENTELER Group. As President, they were responsible for profit and loss in North America, which included operations, manufacturing, engineering, purchasing and logistics for 11 plants with three product groups. Pat achieved a regional revenue of approximately $1.7 billion and main accomplishments included first time profitability in 10 years, completed engineering relocation and headquarters move, and reestablished local customer base including customer negotiations.

Pat D’Eramo graduated from Michigan State University with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. Pat then went on to get their Master of Science in Manufacturing Management from Kettering University. Afterwards, they completed the Toyota Executive Development Program at The Wharton School.
