Jennifer Waite, BSN, RN, HNB-BC has a diverse work experience in the field of nursing. Jennifer started their career as a student nurse at Togus VA Hospital in 2010 and also worked as a student nurse at Flu Clinic during that time. Jennifer then completed their nursing degree from the University of Maine at Augusta in 2011.

After completing their education, Jennifer worked as an RN at Midcoast Senior Health Center from 2011 to 2013. Jennifer then joined MaineGeneral Medical Center as an RN in the Cardiac Telemetry unit from 2012 to 2014. During this time, they gained experience in providing care to cardiac patients.

In 2014, Jennifer joined Togus VA as an RN and worked there until 2015. Jennifer also started working as a Case Management RN at Chans Home Health Care in 2014 and continued in that role until 2018. In 2018, Jennifer joined Martin's Point Health Care as a Community Based Nurse. Jennifer worked closely with physicians, facilities, home health providers, and community services to improve the quality of care and reduce unnecessary hospitalization.

Additionally, Jennifer volunteered as an RN at Partners for Rural Health in the Dominican Republic from January to June 2018. Jennifer also completed a preceptorship as a Student Nurse at Midcoast Hospital from September 2010 to March 2011.
