Kim Foglio has over 25 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on strategic planning, program development, and management. Their most recent role was at Martin's Point Health Care, where they served as the Director of HR Operations, overseeing benefits, compensation, employee health, HRIS, and payroll functions. Prior to that, they worked at Southern Maine Health Care as the Manager of Human Resources, providing strategic and operational consultation to senior leadership. Kim also has experience as the Director of Human Resources at Sweetser, where they led a team in serving a nonprofit behavioral health care organization. Additionally, they have obtained the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM in October 2015 and the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in December 2000.
