Kim Foglio

Kim Foglio has over 25 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on strategic planning, program development, and management. Their most recent role was at Martin's Point Health Care, where they served as the Director of HR Operations, overseeing benefits, compensation, employee health, HRIS, and payroll functions. Prior to that, they worked at Southern Maine Health Care as the Manager of Human Resources, providing strategic and operational consultation to senior leadership. Kim also has experience as the Director of Human Resources at Sweetser, where they led a team in serving a nonprofit behavioral health care organization. Earlier in their career, they held various HR positions at OA Centers for Orthopaedics, EPX Group, Maine Medical Center, Valmet Inc., Honeycomb Division, Dresser & Associates, Inc., and ABB Environmental Services. Throughout their career, Kim has demonstrated expertise in areas such as compensation, benefits and leave programs, organizational development, recruiting, and employee development.

Kim Foglio has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management with a minor in Psychology from Plymouth State University. Kim also has a Graduate degree from the Institute for Civic Leadership, where they completed the Leadership Intensive Program as part of the Phi Class. Additionally, they have obtained the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM in October 2015 and the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in December 2000.
