Kasia Galka

Kasia is responsible for managing the growth and development of the critically important operations side of Maru’s rapidly expanding business. She is a strategic leader with a proven track record of success in global operations and client management and has been responsible for conceptualizing, planning, and launching a new operational model that focuses on Maru HUB software, flexibility in service and overall efficiency.

Kasia has over 20 years of experience managing and advising global clients on project execution with focus on quality and operational efficiency. Prior to Maru, she worked at Toluna for 10+ years leading global project management teams and supporting strategic and key client relationships. Kasia has an in-depth understanding of the market research industry that drives fast, results-driven and effective solutions. She joined Maru in 2020 as Senior Vice President of Operations to leverage her global operational expertise with a focus on process efficiencies through Maru HUB software and solutions, enabling clients to receive insights faster and at their fingertips.

Kasia holds Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from University of Toronto.
