Kimia Paridehpour

Kimia Paridehpour began their career as a Behavior Therapist at the Los Angeles Unified School District in 2018, providing behavioral interventions for individuals with developmental disabilities. Kimia then transitioned to roles at the University of California, Los Angeles, where they conducted research on empathy for traumatic events and served as a Student Assistant. Moving on to LRW, they worked as a Research Associate and later as a Research Manager, leading various projects using different methodologies. Kimia then joined National Research Group as a Research Manager and later as a Senior Research Manager, focusing on content and strategy. Currently, they are the Research Director at Maru Group, specializing in media, entertainment, and technology.

Kimia Paridehpour completed an Associate's Degree in Behavioral Sciences at Santa Monica College from 2014 to 2016. Kimia then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Psychology with a minor in Gender Studies at UCLA from 2016 to 2018. Currently, they are working towards a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at UCLA Anderson School of Management, with an expected completion date in 2025.
