Tonya Weber

Tonya Weber has worked in a variety of roles since 2009. Tonya began their career as a Project Support Specialist at TEKsystems in 2009. In 2012, they moved to Volt Workforce Solutions as a Business Analyst. In 2013, they took on the role of Executive Assistant at Radio Bloomington. In 2014, they joined the Illinois State Universities Civil Service System as a Human Resource Analyst, where they facilitated statewide meetings, managed project development timelines, and executed in-depth position analyses. In 2016, they moved to MasTec Network Solutions as a Business Manager and Project Manager. In 2018, they joined Apex Systems as a Development Project Manager and Montana State University-Bozeman as a Business Analyst. In 2019, they took on two roles as Business Analyst at Levi, Ray & Shoup, Inc. (LRS) and TEKsystems. Tonya currently works as a Business Analyst at MSF&W Consulting, Inc.

Tonya Weber received their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management, General from Southern New Hampshire University in 2011. Tonya also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Illinois State University. Additionally, they have obtained three certifications: Jira Fundamentals Badge from Atlassian in October 2022, Microsoft PowerApps Essential Training: The Basics from LinkedIn in November 2019, and Business Analysis Foundations: Business Process Modeling from LinkedIn in October 2019.
