David Braude

David Braude has a diverse work experience in the field of speech and language processing. David is currently working as an Applied Speech ML Research Scientist at Sanas since November 2022. Before that, they worked at CereProc Ltd. as a Senior Speech Scientist from July 2018 to November 2022, as a Speech Scientist from July 2017 to July 2018, and as a Development Engineer from June 2014 to July 2017. Prior to that, they served as an Academic Tutor at the University of Edinburgh from September 2010 to December 2015. David also gained experience as a Student Researcher at CSIR from January 2009 to September 2010 and as a Session Lecturer at the University of the Witwatersrand from July 2009 to November 2009.

David Braude received a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus in Information Option from the University of the Witwatersrand from 2004 to 2008. David then pursued a Master of Science degree in Engineering from the same university from 2009 to 2010. Subsequently, they attended The University of Edinburgh, where they obtained a Ph.D. in Informatics from 2010 to 2015.
