Pavel Zatecky

Pavel Zatecky currently serves as the Head of Finance, IT, and Operations at Mary Kay Global since March 2021. Prior to this role, Zatecky was the Director of Finance at Grafton Recruitment, where responsibilities included business influencing, finance team strengthening, post-acquisition integration, and cash flow management. Their extensive experience also includes project management consultancy, finance direction at Glenmark Pharmaceuticals, Avon Cosmetics, and AstraZeneca, and various roles at British American Tobacco and The Coca-Cola Company. Zatecky began their career as a Senior Audit Assistant at PricewaterhouseCoopers after earning a Master’s Degree from Masaryk University Brno.
