Lisa Purdy

Lisa Purdy, PhD, LCSW, serves as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Innovation Officer at Maryhurst, where responsibilities have included roles such as Vice President of Outpatient Behavioral Health Services and Director of Therapeutic Support Services. With a strong background in social work and program management, Lisa also functioned as Quality Improvement Manager and Senior Program Manager at Uspiritus from 2012 to 2017, following a position as Clinical Research Assistant at the University of Kentucky. Academically, Lisa holds a PhD in Social Work with a focus on Workforce Development, a Master's Degree in Social Work, and a BS in Psychobiology, all from prestigious institutions, including the University of Louisville and Centre College. In addition, Lisa served as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Louisville from 2019 to 2023.
