Krystel T. Davis, MBA, SHRM-CP has a strong background in human resources and aviation management. Krystel began their career at Aramark Aviation as a Supervisor and Dispatcher, where they handled maintenance reports and implemented a tracking system for aircraft schedules.

In 2006, they joined the Cleveland Airport System as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and Project Coordinator. In this role, they designed and executed recruitment strategies, managed work orders, and implemented a maintenance management program.

Most recently, they have been working at the Maryland Aviation Administration since 2016.
