Diane Kilcoyne, CEDS, serves as an ESI Attorney at the Office of the County Attorney in Montgomery County, MD, where responsibilities include managing e-discovery matters and overseeing Public Information Act responses. In addition, Diane is an adjunct professor at American University Washington College of Law, teaching a course on Electronically Stored Information, and has contributed to the Maryland State Bar Association's Continuing Legal Education and Publications Committee since 2014. Diane has held various roles, including Co-Chair of the E-Discovery and Information Governance Committee at the DC Bar and President/Founder of ESI Group, LLC, specializing in electronic litigation support. Additionally, Diane's experience encompasses complex commercial litigation and e-discovery practices at firms such as Lerch, Early & Brewer and Stein Sperling. Diane holds a JD from the University of California, Davis - School of Law, and has received specialized certifications in E-Discovery and Information Governance.
