Christine Bongiorno Kaplinski

Christine Bongiorno Kaplinski, SHRM-SCP, is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at the Maryland Food Bank since February 2023. Prior to this role, Christine was the Store Manager at TUMI from November 2016 to February 2023 and held positions including Associate Manager at Williams-Sonoma, Inc. from September 2014 to November 2016, and Vice President of People at Senior Helpers from September 2012 to January 2014. Christine's career began as a Human Resources Generalist at 7-Eleven from 1999 to 2005, followed by a role as the Director of Human Resources at Niermann Weeks from 2005 to 2012. An alumnus of the University of Maryland Global Campus, Christine holds a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management and also earned a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from Boston University.
