Terri Lynn Berry

Terri Lynn Berry has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Terri Lynn started their career in 1994 as an HR Project Coordinator at Harris Corporation, where they handled various HR responsibilities. In 1999, they joined Brevard County Schools as a Human Resources Analyst, where they focused on compensation, classification, HRIS, and project management. Terri Lynn then moved to Baltimore City Public Schools in 2012 as a Manager - Compensation & Contract Implementation. There, they were responsible for implementing compensation plans based on labor union contracts. In 2013, Terri joined Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission as a Sr Compensation & Classification Analyst, where they administered a classification system and developed job reclassification analysis reports. Currently, they hold the position of Principal HRIS Analyst, where they lead the deployment of the Infor/Lawson Human Capital Management (HCM) software system.

The Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission (M-NCPPC) is a bi-county agency empowered by the State of Maryland in 1927 to acquire, develop, maintain and administer a regional system of parks within Montgomery and Prince George's Counties, and to provide land use planning for the physical development of these counties. The agency gained responsibility for public recreation program in Prince George's County in 1970.
